Schott Systeme GmbH Announce a New Partnership with Roboris Deutschland GmbH
Munich based CAD/CAM software developer Schott Systeme GmbH is proud to announce a new partnership with company Roboris Deutschland GmbH, developer of virtual machining simulation software.
Schott Systeme GmbH with their Pictures by PC CAD/CAM software has been providing machinists with a robust and safe offline 3, 4 and 5 axis programming solution for over 35 years. Advantages of such a programming system is the ability to easily simulate and test complex toolpaths within the CAM software before generating the NC code for a specific machine and controller.
For customers wanting to proof and verify how NC programs actually perform on a machine tool and controller, Roboris’s Eureka virtual machining simulation software verifies and simulates these using an exact digital twin of the customer’s machine and controller. This provides a 100% replication of the end machining, helping to eliminate machining tests and avoid risk of damage while machining.
In cooperation with Roboris Deutschland GmbH, Schott Systeme GmbH has developed a single click integration with the Eureka software. This automation enables Pictures by PC users to instantly export their part, clamping components, stock material, tooling and NC programme directly into the Eureka software for simulation.
